12UX Terminals - Run the Adyen Packageextract Installer

Go to this file path -> C:\IG-Apps\app-central\Setup\app-data\modules\Setup Manager Lite\application\packageextract\installer

Select the “run” Windows Batch File

Legacy Terminals – Run setup manager

After setup manager is completed, the below screen will appear

Just need to Save or Cancel as the details will need to be populated directly on separate file.

 

Configure the rGuestPayConfig and Serviceconfig ini files

Go to \\hipos\Drivers\Adyen Integrated ini files\Version 2 flies -> copy the ini files (rGuestPayConfig & serviceconfig)  onto POS desktop

Go the the actual Adyen terminal -> Settings -> Device Info -> note down the IP Address and serial number (for new devices make sure IP has been reserved) 

  

rGuestPayConfig Setup

• Update the PaymentDeviceAddress to the same IP Address as Adyen terminal
• Update the description to match the Adyen terminal serial number

Save and replace the ini file in this path C:\InfoGenesis\POS_EXE

Serviceconfig setup

• Update the NetworkAddress to the same IP Address as Adyen terminal
• Update the description to match the Adyen terminal serial number

Save and replace the ini file in this path

C:\InfoGenesis\rGuestPay\Programs OR C:\rGuestPay\Programs

After completing the above, restart the below services:

• rGuest Pay Agent Adyen
• Revelation Service Manager Proxy

 

Sign On to POS

Navigate to IT screen and run REINIT ADYEN DEVICE, this we take upto 2-4min to complete

Wait for this prompt and proceed with testing.
