In the burger search field – type User setup and select the first result – Settings > User setup
Locate blocked user by typing name in the search bar - Blocked is indicated by the icon below – click on it once to unblock
To reset password, click on the edit icon and tick the Change Password box. You need to change the password expiry date to that day’s date in order for the update button to go from greyed out to blue so that you can save.
